Unit Introduction
The specially designed screws and molds of this unit are suitable for processing resins with gas barrier properties such as PA and EVOH. They are mainly used to produce five layer and above films of various specifications, meeting the packaging requirements of users for high
barrier properties of gases (O2, N2, Co2...) to achieve packaging purposes of fragrance preservation, freshness preservation, anticorrosion, airtightness, and extended shelf life.
The whole machine adopts a modular design concept, which facilitates users to process different raw materials, formulas, and film products.
Specifically, it includes an interlayer ratio control system that precisely controls the thickness and ratio between each layer, ensuring barrier performance while saving expensive resin usage.
The automatic control system for film thickness is equipped with a closed-loop control system consisting of online thickness measurement and automatic mold head (automatic air ring) to achieve automatic detection and control of film thickness.
The fieldbus computer centralized control system controls the temperature, speed, pressure, air speed, traction, tension, wire speed and other systems of the whole machine through a digital communication network. It also displays and monitors various parameters such as temperature, pressure, current, voltage, tension, speed, length, and has functions such as automatic alarm and self-diagnosis.
